Palm Springs is fortunate to have an elegant 5-star restaurant resting on the side of a mountain, in the old classy part of town. Spencer's Restaurant is a local favorite for those who appreciate a cutting-edge menu and relaxed Asian-style ambiance. I am grateful to have photographed two events at Spencer's this year.
